Color matching, color registration and artwork transformation are the key base of a good printing quality. Correct fabric weight, width and repeat size with safe dimensional stability are the important aspects of a good quality printed fabric.
Color matching is the most important step in a bulk printing production. Color execution in various conditions must be taken into account in order to get improved and closest colors comparing to the approved s/off or SSY's.
Knit fabric is more difficult to have a good dimensional control comparing to the woven fabric, especially for the engineered prints on a knit fabric. We always do some trial productions to adjust the setting parameters for a new fabric before proceeding it into a bulk production, which leads to a good dimensional stability with good skewness rate. The printed fabric after finishing would be torqued less than 3% after washing.
